I found a bunch of my old high school and college pieces, mostly in charcoal but a few in color pencils and a few inks. Also featured are some examples from my sketchbooks.
While in college I was employed as a 3d artist for Iowa State University's VRAC department. VRAC stands for Virtual Reality Applications Center, and had developed one of the world's only true virtual reatlity rooms. Dubbed a "Cave", the 6-sided room has screens on all sides, and used an early version of a Wii-mote for gyro-motion control, along with special 3d synced glasses. I modeled various environments for civilian and military applications, including an existing Hindu temple.
